Good Day to all SAQA New Mexico Members,
I am trying to create a blog for the first time and with Julie's help we will attempt to post happenings, schedules for future meetings and notes from previous meetings. Believe me, I could use all the help I can get so please post any questions or comments on formatting and content. ~Donna
I love blogs and have created a few myself. The number one problem is categories. Too many blogs create a category for every little thing and often have only one item in the category. A few well chosen categories make reading and following much easier. A blog is not a forum but a special type of website and should be used as a blog not as a forum. A really good example is the blog for an art quilt group in San Antonio. I will try to find a link.

Thanks Donna! I took a look and that one is very nice. Ours is even simpler than that one because I'm still trying to figure out how to put in content. I will follow Julie's lead on what is to be put in it.
